Joseph
Berk
has over 25 years experience in the electronics, biomedical, aerospace, marine, ordnance,
electro-optical, material handling equipment, recreational vehicle, and consumer
goods industries. Mr. Berk is the
author of several books on continuous improvement, as well as articles
in National
Defense, Contract Management, Test
Engineering, Inland Business, PC World,
Manage, and other publications.
Mr. Berk is a California State Polytechnic University
adjunct faculty member and an expert
witness on product assurance, statistical analysis, and manufacturing issues.
Mr. Berk has BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from Rutgers
University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. |

Greg
Burns
has over 20 years experience in quality assurance and manufacturing management
in defense and commercial aerospace environments.
Mr. Burns focuses on supplier
quality management, statistical process control, design of experiments, process
improvement, workmanship standards development and implementation, quality
measurement systems, training, and MIL-Q-9858, ISO 9001, and Boeing D1-9000
(Revision A) quality management systems implementation and compliance.
Mr. Burns has degrees in business administration and numerous
certificates in statistical process control, quality education, quality control,
and precision inspection.

Auts
Ruff has over 35 years experience in manufacturing management,
manufacturing engineering, and industrial engineering.
Mr. Ruff focuses
on process design, methods improvements, and plant turnarounds. Mr. Ruff
has experience in tooling, fixturing, machining, and assembly
operations, and in developing and implementing performance
measurement systems. Mr. Ruff has
had assignments in the consumer goods, aerospace, oil drilling, and
instrumentation industries. Mr.
Ruff has an MBA in Industrial Management and a BS in Industrial Technology.
Mr. Ruff is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified
Manufacturing Engineer. |
